La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la mercadotecnia como estrategia empresarial innovadora para la generación de ventas de alto impacto en el municipio de Bucaramanga, Santander, en 2017. La metodología utilizada tiene un enfoque documental cualitativo, con alcance descriptivo y su diseño basado en la teoría fundamentada. Los resultados obtenidos resaltan la importancia de la mercadotecnia y el rol que ejerce la alta gerencia en el proceso de la planeación de estratégica para lograr el core de la organización. Abstract The present research aims to analyze marketing as an innovative business strategy for the generation of high impact sales in the municipality of Bucaramanga, Santander, during the period 2017. The methodology used has a qualitative documentary approach, with descriptive scope and its design Based on grounded theory. The results obtained highlight the importance of marketing and the role of top management in the process of strategic planning to achieve the core of the organization.
