Considering the importance of the learning of statistics and probability in decision making for engineering. A study was conducted through surveys on the use of ICT tools, use of audiovisual media and reading comprehension, to establish the level of impact of these on the university population. There is a significant relationship between ICT with the teaching of the area of probability and statistics with students of Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Systems Engineering of the Corporación Universitaria del Meta.
