This article presents one of the results of the Model research project of new learning practices for TIC (Information and communication Technology) mediated inclusive education at Colombian universities showing support for the development of accessible Web pages For people with visual impairment, it arises from the need of higher education institutions to achieve social and educational inclusion of the disabled population, hence the importance of the website and the Informative content this is available to people with some kind of visual impairment, whether applicants, students, teachers and administrators of the Free University. The elaboration and implementation was essential for the university to continue on the path of social and educational inclusion and to be one of the pioneering universities in the incorporation of reliable, stable and usable technological solutions that facilitate access to Education of those people who have some Type of disability.
