The book Trends of Private Law, edited jointly by the publishers Diké and Santiago de Cali University, has the objective of making the reader reflect on some problems that private law currently knows, analyzed from a labor, societal and civil perspective . As pointed out by the coordinator of the book Erica Florina Carmona Bayona, the law is transformed, as well as private law, which entails as a direct consequence that "the classic dividing line between the public and the private, is becoming weaker in a globalized world "(p.17).
