In this paper the development of a multichannel portable electrochemical device based on PSoC technology (Programmable System on Chip) is shown, which enables the execution of an electrochemical technique for signal acquisition known as cyclic voltammetry, and an Android application with communication by Bluetooth to control the device developed. These elements are coupled as signal processing stages and data processing of an electronic tongue, with the aim to discriminate and classify milk samples according to their taste properties. The development of the device was made on a single chip, thanks to the benefits provided by the PSoC technology, FreeSoC card inside contains a PSoC5 LP chip, in which was set a whole electrochemical electronic measurement system through programming environment PSoC Creator. The Android application was developed from the Android Studio programming environment, in which two corresponding activities were designed to control device for signal acquisition and recording of these signals in a database. The technique of cyclic voltammetry was applied in three samples of milk with different taste properties and could observe the system's ability to respond with unique patterns against each substance, additionally a statistical method known Principal
