A 41-year-old nulliparous (G)patient presented to her local physician in August 2016 complaining of vaginal bleeding for 2 months. Her last gynecologic examination was 2 years prior and was normal. The patient had no significant medical or surgical history. The Pap smear was performed and cytologic
