GESTIÓN DEL CONOCIMIENTO Y CAPACIDAD DE INNOVACIÓN Modelos, Sistemas y Aplicacionesvantage of the resources generated there and considering the achievement of the planted objec ves.In order to contribute to the process of transforma on of university systems, the present research aims to describe the OL factors of the public universi es of Cabimas, Zulia-Venezuela State staff , based on diff erent theories underlying the process.Methodologically it is descrip ve, applied and transversal type with non-experimental fi eld design; the popula on is acquiesced by teachers and administra ve staff from the Universidad Nacional Experimental Rafael María Baralt (UNERMB) and Universidad de Zulia (LUZ), applying a ques onnaire related to the variable object of study, analyzed sta s cally.As a result, the analyzed universi es present a low tendency of the factors studied by the OL.It is concluded that the applied sample has implica ons both for researchers in the area through studies that validate the elements analyzed, as well as for managers of public and private universi es where they show the percep on of their collabora ons with the OL factors.
