Suicide is a phenomenon of individual character, but it extends socially, due to its presence through out the history of mankind and makes no exception of religious, cultural and / or socioeconomic stratum. This research was to describe the psychosocial factors associated with suicidal behavior in adolescent students aged 14 to 20 years, in total there were 145 adolescents, 74 women and 71 men. The methodology used was quantitative design, descriptive type, obtaining that hopelessness and guilt, major depression, hostility, lack of social and family support are psychosocial factors associated with suicidal behavior.
