an advantageous position in the market.The present study based its methodological aspects, of quantitative approach through bibliographical documentary research due to the critical and reflexive analysis that allow to determine the relation between the competitiveness and a simple formula that allowed to obtain a clear and concise vision about how builds the competitive capacity of a firm.As a conclusion, it was evidenced that the quantitative contributes through: a greater understanding of competitive performance, an explanation of competitiveness, taking into account the central factors involved in it, the possibility of giving a mathematical treatment to the competitive with statistical techniques such as methods multivariate strategies to reach the bottom in terms of competitive capacity and the formulation of a highly effective competitive strategy.
