In the framework of the international business success is directly related to the management of cultural differences and social interactions. This paper conducts a qualitative study in which 21 subjects where interviewed to analyze the effect of culture on social interactions toward decision outcomes in business communications between Taiwan and Dominican Republic. The results show that the social interactions have a positive and strong influence over the decision outcomes for both countries, Taiwan and Dominican Republic, one of the most significant variable of the cultural dimensions is cultural empathy, on the other hand, some of the most remarkable social interactions are conflict management, enhancement of participation willingness and task management which are conducive to decision outcomes.
