Resumen--- El objetivo es promover competencias emprendedoras en estudiantes de ingenieria industrial y analizar los cambios y mejoras en su desempeno, bajo el metodo investigacion-accion, a medida que se realiza un proyecto como estrategia didactica y se aplican tecnicas didacticas especificas. Previa revision de la literatura sobre las competencias que debe poseer el emprendedor, el colectivo de docentes del programa mediante un analisis estructural, seleccionan como las mas influyentes y menos dependientes en el comportamiento emprendedor: compromiso, iniciativa, pensamiento estrategico, perseverancia y creatividad, siendo promovidas entre los estudiantes durante un semestre. En la recoleccion y analisis de la informacion se combinan tecnicas cuantitativas y cualitativas, tales como, un cuestionario procesado a traves de los analisis de correspondencias multiples y regresion logistica, y entrevistas semiestructuradas analizadas con el software Atlas ti. El estudio demuestra que, con una estrategia y tecnicas didacticas apropiadas, se logran cambios en los desempenos emprendedores de los estudiantes. Abstract --- The objective is to promote the development of entrepreneurial skills in the engineering students and to analyze changes and improvements in their developments, under the research-action method, through the implementation of a didactic strategy and techniques oriented for that purpose. Preview a literature review on the competencies that the entrepreneur must possess, a teachers and students program collective, through a structural analysis, select as the entrepreneurial skills more influential and less dependent: commitment, initiative, strategic thinking, perseverance and creativity, which are promoted among the students of the Marketing Management course during a semester. For the processing of information, quantitative and qualitative techniques are combined, such as the application of a questionnaire whose results are studied with multiple correspondence analysis and logistic regression, and semi-structured interviews, analyzed through Atlas ti software. The study shows that entrepreneurial skills might be promoted with appopiate teaching strategy and techniques. Keywords ---
