Dicho objetivo pretende ser estudiado en el marco de las problematizaciones que se construyeron con el discurso del desarrollo en la Colombia de la decada de 1960. La relacion causal entre crecimiento poblacional y pobreza que se entablo con el discurso desarrollista, formulo cambios importantes en la construccion del sujeto madre. ?Como se llevo a cabo este proceso? A continuacion, nos concentraremos en algunos discursos que animaron lo que, en adelante llamare, una maternidad prodesarrollo. EnglishConception, pregnancy, childbirth, and newborn care, as a target of governmental policies are dealt with in this paper. It aims to study this issue within the framework of the problematizations that were built with the development discourse in Colombia during the 1960s. The causal relationship between populational growth and poverty that was opened with the developmental discourse set up important changes in the constructions of the mother subject. How was this process carried out? Next, we will focus on some discourses encouraging what I will hereinafter call motherhood for development.
