Abstract:

This article presents advances in the research carried out in the National School of Instructors of SENA, through its training strategy for instructors-teachers, with regard to project training. The study is part of the pedagogical action-research framework, the analyzes emerge from the testimonies of the participants and the academics who accompany their pedagogical practice. Among the most relevant conclusions, it can be mentioned that teacher training involves the use of activities and materials that are emotionally linked with them and allow them to recreate examples of how to carry them and use them in their daily pedagogical work.
