This paper argues that labour is an individuation-transindividuation milieu in that it allows, strengthens, and unfolds psychic individuation, always linked with others. The research is based on a qualitative study using narrative as a technique to describe two career trajectories in the city of Medellin (Colombia), from Simondonian concepts (technicity, transduction, interindividual, transindividual, invention, pure individual, and ecumenism among others). This paper illustrates the relevance of preserving Simondon’s thinking in critical studies on organisations and labour, particularly when focusing on the transindividual dimension of psychosocial phenomena, such as labour, with its phases: Fordism and post-Fordism.
