This document has the intention to reflect on the phenomena of outsourcing in Colombia in the context of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with the US from regulations issued after 2010 taking as reference the Labor Action Plan signed between the two governments, evidencing a high risk of growth of outsourcing in Colombia and precarious labor contracts from different figures regulated since 2010 to date, as well as the ineffectiveness of the measures taken to punish prohibited practices of intervention and labor outsourcing.
