The terror, violence and desolation caused by terrorism have propitiated a repressive response from the State. An answer that has meant, on the one hand, the bankruptcy of the democratic values of a system of rights -violence has been responded to with violence- and on the other, more and more criminal law. However, neither has been able to end terrorism or to re-constructive the victims. The appearance of a restorative perspective, of mediation and restorative meetings, tested in some projects, allows hope for justice, an integratived justice, which seeks social and personal reconstruction, a transition from war to peace. This requires a lot of effort, political will and huge doses of generosity.
