This study seeks to explore the different options that make up the relation between corruption and human rights. It seeks to demonstrate that the relation between corruption and human rights is multidimensional and includes substantive, strategic and legitimacy links, on the basis of which public anti-corruption policies with a human rights perspective must be developed. For this purpose, conceptual considerations are formulated; then, I analyze the impact of corruption on human rights, the convergences between both issues and the limits that human rights impose on the fight against corruption, finishing, with some conclusions.
