This article describes the implementation of an incentive-based demand response program. The DR program offers two types of services. The first one corresponds to the disconnection of manageable power for every hour of the day. The second one is a demand peak cutback operation. The parameters, variables, target function and restrictions of the proposed optimization problem are described for the DR program. Finally, the tests carried out for each service with the participation of a five-user group are shown along with their impact on the energy demand curve.
