The blood flow behavior in the ophthalmic artery (OA) shows measurable variability with relation to neuropathological events. In the same way, the intra-cranial pressure (ICP) is a good indicator to assess the circulatory system in the brain, however it is not easy to get a quantitative value from noninvasive techniques. Recently, a study presents a method to determine the ICP comparing the speed curves of two different segments on the ophthalmic artery. Even though, there is not a system to emulate the ophtalmic artery in order to test the ICP measurement method. This paper proposes the design of a standard instrument (phantom) with hydraulic and pneumatic components to evaluate the correlation between two Color Doppler speed measures that come from two different pipelines, representing blood vessels. Furthermore, a controlled pressure system is introduced to handle the conditions of one of the vessels in order to achieve a similar behavior among both vessels.
