The present article seeks, as a goal, determine the content of the direct and regular relationship, according to the law N° 20.680 and the principle of the best interests of the children's, reviewing briefly the subsequent jurisprudence to the Act on the basis of the content of the direct and regular relationship. To make it, the parenting and education that the non-custodial parent should provide, as the content of the direct and regular relationship, is used.
