This paper proposes a simulation platform, to evaluate the effects of including distributed generation, battery storage and electric mobility in a conventional distribution network. This platform is proposed as a first approach to a multilayer SCADA, which Integrate different sources of real information that interact with electric network as geographic, weather, generation, mobility, and so on. Increase in demand for these new devices must also generate a change in network topologies and allow their optimization, so that platforms such as one presented that consider real variables of system, is necessary for its future application in a smart cities context.
