This paper assesses coverage and overall performance of two co-located 802.11ac WLAN through site survey measurements and Ray-Tracing simulation. The evaluation considers the deployed network at the academic building of Manuela Beltran University operating at 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Per floor comparisons between site survey and simulation are presented showing an excellent agreement in coverage graphs and Received Signal Strength along specific paths. Other factors that lead to performance degradation during the site survey are also discussed.
