In this paper, we identify the determinants of museums, libraries and historical sites attendance in Colombia, using data from the Survey of Cultural Consumption conducted by the National Administrative Department of Statistics in 2014. Discrete choice models are estimated, in which it is observed that the accumulation of cultural capital, occupation and geographical variables are relevant to explain the consumption of these goods. The results contribute to the orientation of the country's cultural policy and maximizing the impact of it.
