A new species of the spider genus Tenedos O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1897 (Zodariidae: Storeninae), Tenedos jocquei n. sp., is described from the Colombian Andes, based on males and females. A map with this new and previously published records of the genus from Colombia is presented.
