The rural problems in Colombia have maintained a close relationship with the decisions about the conformation of a multi-finality land register that allows advancing to better levels of decision make, not only of fiscal type, but also for territorial planning purposes, among others. In this context, this article seeks to advance in the analysis of the challenges raised by the agreements of Havana, in relation to the land register and territorial planning processes for those regions that historically have been marked by strong processes of internal armed conflict.
