This paper presents an analysis of the evolution of international research carried out in coffee crops according to the works published in journals from the field. This analysis is based on the internationally renowned literature databases published by Scopus and Web of Science. To perform the analysis, we used Web of Science to obtain all the works published in indexed international journals in the Coffee crops work category of the Journal Citation Report between 2000 and 2018. We then used science metric techniques to analyses the content of the works and identify the main topics research themes. This work uses ScientoPy Software to perform the analysis and graphs.
