This research presents a model for the problem of vehicle routing with restrictions of time, capacity and homogeneous fleet adjusted to a company in the city of Sincelejo; where the distribution chain was characterized, establishing the number of clients and travel times.In this study, the CVRP -HFTC model was coded in GAMS, obtaining a solution in computational times; and reducing costs in distribution operations by approximately 51%.In this way, we can find solutions close to the optimal solution for the problem under study
