The accelerated growth of cities without previous planning, depending on the housing urgencies or the real estate market opportunities, has modified the necessary balance between nature and city. Therefore, important natural areas are occupied without a previous study of the characteristics of the physical environment and the compatibility of uses, thus generating areas of environmental vulnerability characterized by poverty, diseases, crime, pollution, degradation of the natural environment , etc. Physical conditions of cities determine their environmental characteristics, shape of city, building materials, city surfaces, dimensions and spacing of buildings, thermal properties, and the amount of green spaces, influence environmental. In the execution of the project, sequential moments were worked on: one, to compile the urban space information that documents the history of the area and especially the evolution of its urban interventions in the last 20 years, giving special attention to documenting the transformation of open space And green areas, for built space and consolidation of buildings.
