The Structural Equation model (SEM) is a multivariable technique applied to research in a diverse kind of disciplines due to its ability to explain causal relationships between qualitative and quantitative variables. By this way, theoretical models can be contrasted to each other. The academic field is not exempted of SEM applications. In this project a conceptual model is constructed and validates to measure the degree of satisfaction of undergraduate students in industrial engineering at UIS towards the Educational Project of the Program-EPP through the Structural Equations. Through this work, a reliable and valid instrument that serves as a tool for continuous improvement and input for the self-evaluation processes in post-secondary education is developed.
