The erotic affective relationships between adolescents are not only influenced by gender, but also by race, age, social class, sexuality and functional diversity, locating people according to the context, in places of privilege, subordination, discrimination and inequities that influence health disease processes. This essay aims to present intersectionality as an analytical tool for the understanding of violence in these relationships, in the understanding of how different situations of oppression and resistance cross the body of people, thus normalizing their relationships. These intersections of axes of subordination in public health become inequities in health, and must be identified and addressed in primary health care programs and public policies against the prevention of violence.
