The present document emerge of the project “Las ciudadanías, la participación y sus prácticas comunicativas en la escuela”. The aim’s expose the first phase of this interpretive investigation. Here there will be exposed the theoretical reflections that allowed to the analysis of the opposing findings, giving response to the characterization of the types of citizenships exercised by the school actors in two Educational Institutions Distritales of the city of Bogota - Colombia across the school radio. Concretely it’s the communication and the development for the social change, the citizenship and the school radio the conceptual elements on which it turns this experience of investigation. Of such a way, in the text there’re announced the voices of the children and the young persons provided that they’re assumed as political subjects, with aptitude to assume your present and your future.
