This document aims to estimate, through a probit model, the incidence of residential labor accessibility onthe probability of employment in the metropolitan area of Cartagena using data from the National HouseholdSurvey (GEIH) for the year 2015. Following a framework of spatial mismatch, variables of socioeconomiccharacteristics, residential segregation and accessibility are considered. The research results indicate that private transport ownership had significant effects on employability in the city.
