This paper presents the results of the study of "Individual factors and their effect on school results. An analysis of data from the Simce TIC 2013" among Chilean students. The objective of this research was to describe the relationships among the self-perception of ICT skills, the attitude towards its use, and the type of use, based on tenth-grade student results on the Simce TICS 2013. Through a set of statistical analyses, we identified factors associated with dimensions of ICT skills for learning, attitude towards use and types of use. The study's results suggest a relationship between the variables analyzed. The model explains 24.4% of the variance of the Simce TIC score.
