The article is elaborated in the framework of the research project «Social notions about justice built by boys and girls from official schools in the town of Kennedy District» with the purpose of knowing, understanding and interpreting the concepts of social justice that have been constructed.Its structure presents five parts in which the historical development of the concept is evidenced from the initial contributions to the notion of justice; the social order is taken as a point of reference in order to understand the social and legal order and the social order and justice and finally to enter into the notions of fairness, validity and efficacy in Norberto Bobbio, which are the three criteria of validity to which a standard must be submitted; likewise, the conclusions are issued taking into account their validity in the framework of justice in Colombia, the contributions that can be rescued from the pedagogical point of view and the evaluation criteria of the norm.
