The aim of this article is to explore the theme reflection of social entrepreneurship and its impact on economic development from inclusive business. Which leads to the concept of "base of the pyramid" -BDP- respect to the population by income levels with economic potential in projects to reduce the poverty rate. As tissue argument on the relationship between social entrepreneurship, economic development and social inclusion it puts rights and opportunities and incorporates sustainability through public policy in the context of providing services and / or products aimed at vulnerable social population and economically different entrepreneurship business profit.
