This article present the impact of incentives in the last 5 years, as well as the evolution of the research of students of the University of Pamplona, we showed important data: student outings, number of seedlings, publications and number of organized events. We realized in all faculties a survey, 82 students were surveyed, from 38 seedlings. Finally we shown how at the University of Pamplona since the moment that more incentives were included and the information was massified, the statistics are growing to the point that 218 students realized national and international oral presentations.
