The present work is of great importance because it allowed to identify, evaluate and monitor the factors of Intralaborales risks present in the company Miramar, being fundamental to reduce the stress that comes from the work management, the physical conditions of place, which can produce situations the methodology employed was the application of the Drum of instruments for the evaluation of psychosocial risk factors elaborated by the Ministry of Labor and the Javerian University, La sample used was 50 workers, between technicians, auxiliaries and operators, then proceeded to make the respective tabulations with the help of the application tool and Microsoft Excel and the Baremo established in the Battery. In addition, the Risk analysis of the present document was carried out using the B format. With regard to the findings the domains and dimensions are shown more representative at the intra-labor level. In this way, it is possible to propose 248 strategies to give guidance on how to control and reduce the intralaboral psychosocial risks present in the work performed by technicians, auxiliaries and operators.
