The study is an experimental design that explains if the day-of-film factors and type of room influence the perception of the quality of the cinemas. A scale was used to evaluate the perception of the quality elements of a service. The cinema is one of the most popular leisure entertainment alternatives in Colombia (DANE), the importance of the study is to contribute to the cinemas with information that allows them to make assertive decisions to implement strategies that respond to the key elements that Influence the expected satisfaction of the demand. With a level of significance of 5%, it was found that the dimensions of tangibility and responsiveness influence on the perception of the quality of the film service. The findings allow the management of the cinema rooms to conduct discretionary factors influencing perceived quality.
