The judge is the subject called to find a space where the right and the justice can reconcile or to reconcile. From this character depends that the right is a balance instrument, of justice or that it finishes being only norm product of the necessities of a minuscule group that holds the power. This writing seeks to present an optimistic vision of the right where the paper of the jurisdiction goes beyond the single legality.
