This paper aims to realize about a methodology to analyze different discourses used by the legal operators. How these use language, in various legal categories at different times and contexts, this in order to lend them particular meaning. It is proposed an interdisciplinary methodology under which to analyze the actual use of certain legal categories in the discursive level, recourse to language, specifically pragmatics, to clarify these uses.
