The article shows the results of a qualitative study in which asked about the emotional salary as an organizer of social representations associated with satisfaction at the working level. The reflective process was established from four subcategories: compensation, recreation, personal training and wellness projects. Each one of these was developed in response to the contribution of the versionantes as well as the presence of content analysis. Information gear allowed detecting a strong labor motivation, product of an emotional salary splintered, and little motivator. It was determined, that the versionantes linked their reflections to the great Venezuelan social crisis that signa and addresses all areas of everyday life, giving rise to a discourse that appeals to a complex reflection based on dissatisfaction at the working level and in representations expressing the discredit of a system of compensation that labor does not guarantee the full pleasure of their workers.
