An exploration of diversity of the Order Pseudoscorpiones in the noreastern Andean region of Colombia was carried out. The arachnological collection of the Instituto de Ciencias Naturales was revised and sampling was carried out at three sites in departments of Santander and Norte de Santander for a week by manually sifting leaf litter. A total of nine morphospecies in six genera of the families Tridenchthoniidae, Syarinidae, Olpiidae, Withiidae and Chernetidae are reported. The geographic distribution of Ideobisium puertoricense and altitudinal range of Ideobisium peckorum is increased. The family Tridenchthoniidae is recorded for the first time in Colombia.
