The legal, economic and social triangulation of the environmental crime against the legal strategy, the jurimetría and the strategic litigation from environmental law, focused interest approach proposals debate planted on these issues in Colombia. It is prevailing to pave the balance between the parties, given that assists them due process, due diligence and collective rights. The research method is based on the non-experimental design, which are considered to be related, in turn experiences, the methodology is based on the economic analysis of law, from which the decisions of those involved are analyzed. The focus of the article is based on the neo-institutional analysis, from which combine individual, collective and social pretensions.The first component of the article, is aimed to assess the perspective that we have of the triad legal, economically against environmental crime. The second block, corresponds to the paper that meets the legal strategy, the jurimetría and the strategic litigation from environmental law; the third component is aimed at conceiving the basis of analysis, evaluation and monitoring should nurture the complex issues arising from the rights and environmental crimes, in order to have response from State, subject, economic agents and social actors, and finally, the perspective against the thematic development of documents of environmental law module. Not enough crime raise such conduct, given that human interference in the assets for public use, the environment and natural resources, require a systemic review.
