At present, the Faculties of Law and Legal Sciences have focused their attention on the teaching-learning of this science, based on purely cognitive and interpretative skills, however, social reality demands an integral professional, able to apply the norm to A concrete case and therefore propose a possible solution. Hence the need to formulate and strengthen through a strategy the development of interpretative, propositional and argumentative competences that allow the student of today to confront the social, political and economic reality that is increasingly changing and demanding . What is proposed is a strategy which can help improve the legal practice developed through the Legal Clinic of the Catholic of Colombia University
