The growing pains is a clinical profile of important incidence in the medical consultation, both specialized and general, whose etiology is still unknown; several theories have been proposed that attempt to explain the multifactorial origin of the symptomatology in order to carry out an adequate therapeutic management. This article presents the possibility of using osteopathy as a complementary tool in the integral approach of children through structural, cranial and visceral techniques.
