PRODUCCIÓN CIENTIFICA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE LA SALLE SOBRE ECONOMIA SOLIDARIA 1974-2015 SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTION OF THE UNIVERSITY OF LA SALLE ON SOLIDARITY ECONOMY 1974-2015
Este articulo presenta el estado del arte de la produccion cientifica sobre economia solidaria en la Universidad de La Salle durante el periodo 1974 y 2015. Es un trabajo documental, de tipo, descriptivo, cualitativo y cuantitativo, obtenido de la revision y analisis de libros, articulos y trabajos de grado y pregrado que fueron organizados y analizados en 8 areas tematicas, permitiendo identificar los autores, el alcance y la profundidad de los mismos; encontrando 239 documentos en donde se analizan casos, o se plantean soluciones a situaciones de gestion empresarial, desarrollo economico y organizacional de cooperativas y fondos de empleados, principalmente; otros analizan problematicas puntuales de organizaciones solidarias y otros plantean alternativas de formacion para el sector. Coincidiendo todos en considerar al sector solidario como una herramienta generadora de desarrollo que promueve el mejoramiento de condiciones de vida de las personas. ABSTRACT This article presents a state of art of the scientific production of the solidary economy in La Salle University, during a time lapse between 1974 and 2015. Based on different states of art published until 2013, an update is realize and the information is completed through a qualitative analysis methodology, focused on a bibliographic review and on the creation of various matrices and charts that allowed a complete analysis of the data. With that scope, we found that most of the products published, are related with subjects that concern corporate management and economic and organizational development, mostly realized in the Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas y Contables. Postgraduate theses have had an upward trend. Books begin in period III and increase their production in period IV. The articles are from 2006 onwards. The principal topics in the articles are management and administration systems for solidarity economy entities, the proper functioning of the same, the detection of problems that the sector is facing and its possible solutions. Finally, the solidarity sector is recognized as a development-generating tool that promotes the improvement of living conditions. The majority of authors are men and we identified 6 main authors.
