This article presents the experience in the application of the Problem Based Learning methodology, adapted for the development of specific competences in apprentices of the Industrial Production Management Technology, from the Industrial Center and the Technological Development. The document describes the process of identification of acquired competences for critical thinking in productive processes of companies in Barrancabermeja; as well as the characteristics of the output profile in the apprentice, through the perceptions of entrepreneurs who took part in the project.
