The present article is a reflection whose purpose is to articulate the school religious education (ERE) that is offered in the Delegation of Educational Pastoral of the Archdiocese of Bucaramanga, with the strategic planning in communication, and the great advantages offered by ICT in the field of education. The starting point was a communicational diagnosis which provides the context of analysis, such as the state of communication and its disciplines, as well as its use in the teaching- learning processes. The result of this work is the proposal of strategies that fit the Delegation’s organizational culture.
