espanolSe describen las contribuciones del pensador colombiano Estanislao Zuleta a la historia de la psicologia en la ciudad de Medellin, utilizando como fuentes entrevistas y conferencias ofrecidas por personas que estuvieron vinculadas en procesos formativos con el y que dan cuenta de sus aportes. Se encuentra que su funcion historica es la de inspirar teorica y metodologicamente el segundo programa de formacion psicologica en la ciudad y que a nivel personal es reconocido como aquel que abre el mundo intelectual. Esta investigacion permitio repensar la formacion para entenderla en un sentido amplio, en el que se hacen fundamentales la transformacion subjetiva y la constitucion de la identidad en el proceso de aprendizaje. EnglishThis research describes the contributions of the Colombian thinker Estanislao Zuleta to the history of psychology in the city of Medellin, using as sources interviews and conferences offered by people who were involved in formative processes with him and who give account of his contributions. The results indicate that Zuleta’s historical function was to inspire theoretically and methodologically the second program of psychology in the city and that, at a personal level, he is recognized as the one who opens the intellectual world. The investigation allowed rethinking the formative process to understand it in a broad sense, in which the subjective transformation and the constitution of the identity in the learning process become fundamental.
