From prohibition to enjoyment in the current family Resumen Esta investigacion, muestra algunas maneras en que se expresa el paso de la prohibicion transmitida del lado de las familias en la actualidad, y una voluntad de goce en los hijos. Actualidad marcada por un declive de la funcion paterna cuyas consecuencias se aprecian en la desvaloracion de dicha funcion, en el consecuente aumento del domino caprichoso de las madres y en que los hijos quedan a merced de un empuje pulsional que se enlaza al ofrecimiento de objetos que dan alguna satisfaccion parcia, hecha por el capitalismo. Para alcanzar el objetivo, se empleo el metodo analitico que privilegio la enunciacion, y las modalizaciones de los mismos, para tocar algo de lo inconsciente de los sujetos. El referente que oriento la investigacion fue la teoria psicoanalitica de Freud, Lacan y Miller y el principal hallazgo acerca del paso de la prohibicion al goce lo constituye la interjeccion exclamativa ya !, que denota el instante limite en el cual ya no hay una regulacion simbolica, para dar paso a actos que remiten a un goce sin sentido, a lo desanudado y que esta por fuera de la ley. Abstract This research shows some ways in which the passage of the prohibition transmitted from the side of the families is currently expressed, and a desire of enjoyment [1] in the children. Today is marked by a decline in parental functions, which consequences are seen in the devaluation of this function, in the consequent increase of the capricious dominance of mothers and in which the children are at the mercy of a drive thrust that is linked to the offering of objects that give some partial satisfaction, made by capitalism. To reach the objective, we used the analytical method that privileged the enunciation [2], and the modalizations thereof, to touch something of the unconscious of the subjects. The reference that guided the investigation was the psychoanalytic theory of Freud, Lacan and Miller and the main finding about the passage from prohibition to enjoyment is constituted by the exclamation already ! which denotes the limit moment in which there is no longer a symbolic regulation, to give way to acts that refer to a meaningless enjoyment, to the unwanted and that which is outside the law.
